Location config rows

Adding a location is a KV record keyed by an LTB locationId — not a GitHub folder. The same pricing page loads any row via ?locationId=.

Do not paste a PIT here. Tokens stay in Vercel env / KV. Preview only on spwc-sales-tools. Stage 8: new paid accounts use the Compaction SaaS plan with snapshot ACS Location. Then Connect / Allow Mobile Compaction on that location (not agency-install, not Explore Marketplace). ACS-STL is the snapshot source only. Save Pro Waste is the hosted-app test location. Canonical fieldKeys map on OAuth — do not copy ACS field IDs.
